                               Community residential complex, 1980-83

The two residential complexes in Gonen were built
during different periods and for different populations.

languages. The first complex, completed in 1966, is
similar in design to other projects the firm planned in
Jerusalem at that time. It consists of independent units of
detached houses with yards, each situated on a 100 m²
plot, arranged along three pedestrian paths that follow

modular formation characteristic of industrial building
that emphasizes the basic module which appears in
combinations of single units, pairs and even quintets.
