Under construction, early 1950s and organization that enhances the building’s official

used on other parts of the façade, which also repeats the
module pattern. The building entrance is accentuated
with a roof overhang coming across the concrete pillar
and pole grid. Other outstanding components are the
concrete panels set beneath the windows on the street
level which feature a recurring (and representative) relief
                                   of wheat stalks.

In 2009, four years after the Bank of Agriculture
was privatized and dissolved, the building was sold to
private investors. During 2015 it was refurbished and
diligently preserved, maintaining its unique details. Since
then it has been serving as a gallery and sales hall for the
upscale Lexus car company. Additional residential stories
                                   are planned.
