                     Aviv – the city’s art museum
                     and theater. As in other
                     large public buildings the
                     firm designed in the 1960s –
                     the early libraries, Beer
                     Sheva City Hall (1961-72) –
                     the plan suggested by the
                     firm for the Tel Aviv
                     Museum of Art (1964) is
                     based on a modernistic
                     cuboid that forms around
                     internal courtyards. An
                     elaborate roof rising above
                     it diffuses the natural light.
