Proposal for a high-rise hotel on the  at the beginning of the
Caspian seashore, Iran, late 1960s:    1960s (along with detached

                                       was the firm’s first attempt
                                       at saturated building for
                                       the higher echelons. At
                                       the same time, the firm
                                       worked on a proposal for
                                       a high-rise hotel on the
                                       Caspian seashore in Iran.
                                       Half a century later, in
                                       1984-87, the architects,
                                       now with their new partner
                                       Moshe Gil, planned the
                                       residential and commercial
                                       complex Lev Ha'tzafon in
                                       north Tel Aviv, placing at
                                       its center one of the city’s
                                       first residential high-rise
