1995 ,אוניברסיטת תל־אביב expansion of Tel Aviv
University, the firm planned
a number of faculty libraries,
such as the W.A. Minkoff
Wing at the Law Library,
or the Gitter-Smolarz
Library of Life Sciences and
Medicine. Continuing in the
vein of the Aranne library in
Beer Sheva, these buildings
also seem connected to
the ground, at times even
burrowing in it, creating
horizontal structures that
are partially concealed,
like artificial mounds. The
Academic Library at Sapir
College in Sderot (1994-98),
the last library planned
by the firm, was designed
